Dr. Han Vu is a child musical prodigy. She was invited to attend Juillard on a full scholarship based on her piano playing.  She turned music school down so that she could attend UC San Diego at the age of 16.  She graduated 4 years later with a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Music Studies.   She quickly completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at UC San Francisco.

In spite of her youthful appearance, she has been in the dental profession for over ten years.  She has practiced in many cities in California (Santa Rosa, San Jose, San Diego & San Francisco).   She is married to a published author.

In her spare time, Dr. Vu enjoys reading, exercising, and tutoring high school students in math classes such as Calculus, Math Analysis, and Statistics. She is an expert in Texas Hold Em and was a finalist in the 2005 World Poker Championships.
